Mindfulness, meditation and tools that help to relax and focus on the present moment, reducing judgment and disturbing thoughts.
When we are not present in the immediate moment, we easily get carried away by disturbing thoughts about the future and the past,
About the tasks and "mistakes" we made and forgetting to make room for what is now.
Mindfulness - non-judgmental listening and meditation practice, bring us back to the immediate moment - the only time in which reality exists.
Allows us to focus, develop compassion, choose our response (and not react out of a pattern) and relax from everyday stress.
Each meeting has a different topic and we are invited to experiment at home with proven tools: presence, gratitude, writing, breathing, and more.
At the end of the course, all participants have the knowledge and experience to practice mindfulness and meditation on their own.
*Suitable for all experience levels.
🌻
Six sessions - each session contains conversation and meditation practices:
First session: Mindfulness - developing non-judgmental awareness.
Second meeting: broadening the perspective - getting out of the night of the annoying thought.
Third meeting: no bad feelings - give space and compassion.
Fourth session: Habits and lifestyle - between perseverance and liberation.
Fifth session: Accepting reality - is accepting reality passive?
Friday meeting: Compassion and mindfulness as a way of life - to observe with good eyes.
