I'm Yaara Lokits. A Mindfulness instructor and content developer accompanying organizations and groups for personal development. Improving the quality of life through mindfulness, good habits and innovative thinking.
Certified mindfulness facilitator and has been practicing for over 14 years. Behind me are years of working in technology companies, CEO, manager of an innovation center of the Tel-Aviv Municipality, multidisciplinary actress and creator. I bring diverse experience and familiarity with different fields of activity, to the guidance and content, in order to make available to each and every one the tools that are appropriate for them.
