Hello, nice to meet you!
I'm Yaara Lokits. A Mindfulness instructor and content developer accompanying organizations and groups for personal development. Improving the quality of life through mindfulness, good habits and innovative thinking.
Certified mindfulness facilitator and has been practicing for over 14 years. Behind me are years of working in technology companies, CEO, manager of an innovation center of the Tel-Aviv Municipality, multidisciplinary actress and creator. I bring diverse experience and familiarity with different fields of activity, to the guidance and content, in order to make available to each and every one the tools that are appropriate for them.

A monthly or one-time workshop for teams and management, which focuses each time on a different topic that is proven to improve the degree of satisfaction and power in everyday life, and invites observation with new eyes. At each meeting, the participants receive established tools to improve the quality of their lives, and experience practical exercises.

Mindfulness is an attentive lifestyle.
Meditation is one of the most significant practices for deepening attention and reducing criticism. In meditative practice we will practice listening and presence in a deep way, so that we have access to these abilities in our everyday life.
Is mindfulness a type of meditation?

Practicing mindfulness and meditation is proven to reduce stress and have a positive effect on overall health. Improving the degree of happiness, increasing concentration and efficiency. Reducing stress, frustration and sadness. A positive influence on the relationships in our lives.
What is it useful for?

Bringing attention to the present moment without criticism. We are already practicing and practicing washing dishes (when not putting on a podcast) walking slowly and any other time when we act with attention and compassion in our daily life. The ability to be in the presence of what is happening at a given moment and observe with good eyes.
