An hour of knowledge and tools to reduce stress, improve productivity and the quality of life of employees. Go out with motivation and more air to breathe.
A monthly or one-time workshop for teams and management, which focuses each time on a different topic that is proven to improve the degree of satisfaction and power in everyday life, and invites observation with new eyes. At each meeting, the participants receive established tools to improve the quality of their lives, and experience practical exercises.
From Noise to Silence
Be present and relax: a mindfulness course for developing focus, compassion and non-critical listening. Our thoughts are racing, we are doing a million things at the same time and this busyness makes us less efficient and less happy. Practicing mindfulness relaxes and focuses on the present moment, helps reduce judgment and disturbing thoughts, contributes to efficiency and improving interpersonal relationships. In each meeting we will get to know a different aspect of the practice,
which deepens the theoretical and practical knowledge in a small group.
My aim:
At the end of the course, all participants will have the knowledge and experience to practice mindfulness and meditation on their own, to improve the quality of their lives: to become more efficient and present with more patience and compassion.
A regular day for a mindfulness and meditation workshop for the employees every week or month. Half an hour to an hour of silence and focus proven to improve concentration, productivity and relaxation.
