If you've come this far, you've probably already understood that mindfulness - non-judgmental awareness,
Improves the quality of life and relationships with yourself and others,
Helps in dealing with stress at every stage of our daily life.
When we are not present in the immediate moment, we easily get carried away by disturbing thoughts about the future and the past,
About the tasks and "mistakes" we made and forgetting to make room for what is now.
Mindfulness - non-judgmental listening and meditation practice, bring us back to the immediate moment -
The only time in which reality exists. Which allows us to focus, develop compassion, choose our response (and not react out of a pattern) and relax from everyday stress.
Whether you started practicing this year, or the practice has been a part of your life for years:
Honeysuckle invites you to embark on a six-week deepening journey in practice.
At each meeting we will have a significant meditative practice in a small group,
We will delve into dharma conversations (the path) and the development of compassion and listening in a variety of areas:
1: Mindfulness - developing non-judgmental awareness and a meditative foundation.
2: Inner silence - where is it and how to get to it?
3: Crave and rejection - a painful interpretation.
4: Release of identification - Non Identification.
5: Suffering as an engine for growth - perseverance and compassion.
6: Compassion - the real secret to happiness.
The course is led by Yara Lukitz, a meditation practitioner for over 14 years,
Certified mindfulness facilitator in Israel and abroad in groups and organizations with more than 500 hours of experience.
