My aim:

At the end of the course, all participants have the knowledge and experience to practice mindfulness and meditation on their own.

Our thoughts are racing, we are doing a million things at the same time and this busyness can make us less efficient and less happy.

Be present in the moment and relax. Reduce reactivity and criticism.

Practicing mindfulness relaxes and focuses on the present moment, helping to reduce judgment and disturbing thoughts.

In each meeting we will get to know a different aspect of the practice,

Deepening the theoretical and practical knowledge in a small group, we will practice meditation and get to know practical tools to improve the quality of life and develop beneficial relationships with yourself and the environment.

*Suitable for all experience levels.

"Accepting reality, the only place where change can begin."

(Desmond Tutu)

Six sessions - each session contains a conversation and exercises:

First session: Mindfulness - developing non-judgmental awareness.

Second meeting: return to the senses - connection to the breath and the body.

Third meeting: broadening the perspective - getting out of the night of the annoying thought.

Fourth session: Validation of emotions - living with pain and happiness in peace.

Fifth session: Accepting reality - distinguishing between what can be changed and what cannot.

Friday meeting: Compassion - to observe with good eyes.

At the end of the mindfulness course, you will find another place of silence within yourself:

  • Continue or start walking the path of non-judgmental listening.
  • You will receive tools for assimilating the practice of awareness and meditation in everyday life.
  • The meetings are based on knowledge from the worlds of Buddhism and academic research.
  • At the end of each session, a summary will be sent in a PDF file, and a link to the recording.
  • An invitation for a personal consultation on the practice in everyday life.

The course is led by Yara Lukitz, a meditation practitioner for over 14 years,
