Want to introduce mindfulness practice and meditation into your everyday life?

We know and know that meditation and mindfulness are good for us.

If you practiced in the past and stopped, or you only practiced in the app, in yoga or any other time and wanted to go back to it,

I want to help you!

One of the challenges I encounter as a mindfulness facilitator is that people want to practice and are unable to incorporate it into their daily lives.

Over the years I have collected tools that I see how they help and I am happy to share them with everyone (!)

The "Week of Meditation" challenge is designed to help you introduce a practice of listening and meditation,

specially adapted to your requests (or lack of requests) in your daily life.

How does it look?

Meet online for three sessions + two videos for independent practice +

Fixed hours when I will be available to you for questions about the practice, Monday and Thursday 9:30-11:00.

Sunday, June 2 | 8:30-9:15

1. Why do I need mindfulness? Find the reason that drives you.

2. Shared meditation practice.

3. Instructions for choosing the soft goal (the opposite of effort) for the coming week.

Monday, June 3

In the morning you will receive a short video by email with instructions for independent meditation practice.

Wednesday, June 5 | 8:30-9:15

1. What worked and what didn't work? Between persistence and release - release the resistance.

2. Practicing gratitude - positive effect on thinking patterns.

3. Shared meditation practice.

Thursday, June 6

In the morning you will receive a short video by email with instructions for independent meditation practice.

Sunday, June 9 | 8:30-10:00

1. The practice as a way of life - compassion leads us.

2. Shared meditation practice.

3. Questions and sharing.

I'm doing this challenge for NIS 90 (seriousness fee) so that you don't sign up and don't come.

If you have a financial challenge, talk to me and I will be happy to help.

After each meeting you will receive a summary and instructions in a file. I will be available at fixed hours for consultation about the practice by call/whatsapp.

I want to help you incorporate listening into your everyday life, and if you get to know me along the way, that's a bonus.
