New collaboration! A unique day retreat in Tel Aviv
which combines a VR 360 dome for a visual experience that invites observation of the Beit Remazim in Yarkon Park and mindfulness and meditation practices guided by Yaara Lukitz, founder of Free.
Our thoughts are racing, we are doing a million things at the same time and this busyness can make us less efficient and less happy.
Practicing mindfulness helps reduce judgment and disturbing thoughts, relaxes and focuses on the present moment.

"Mindfulness is my quiet place within myself. I am happy that I was exposed to this significant tool,
that changed (and continues to change) my thinking patterns and daily experience, so I'm also happy to pass it on.
It is important for me to point out that there is no magic, although the embracing calm of meditative practice and self-awareness can be felt immediately,
The deep changes require persistence and compassion, and I'm here to help you develop them alongside practice."
