A mindfulness course from home gives you the tools to practice meditation and mindfulness on your own.
Each meeting has a different topic and guided meditation.
We will practice focusing on breathing and scanning the body, the keys to listening to the body, alongside techniques for developing compassion and emotional regulation. 🙏
Mindfulness can help reduce stress, improve concentration and attention, and increase the feeling of inner peace.
Many participants report a significant improvement in their daily life following the practice.
Hi, I'm Yara Lukitz, and I believe that everyone has the opportunity to improve themselves.
From my experience as a freelance founder and facilitator, but mainly as someone who practices meditation and listening every morning for over 14 years,

🌻 Five meetings:
First session: Mindfulness - developing non-judgmental awareness.
Second meeting: perspective - to get out of the night of the annoying thought.
Third meeting: emotional regulation - to support myself instead of hurting.
Fourth meeting: this moment - between persistence and release.
Fifth meeting: Compassion and mindfulness as a way of life - to observe with good eyes.
🌻 At the end of the mindfulness course:
- Continue or start walking the path of non-judgmental listening.
- You will receive tools for assimilating the practice of awareness and meditation in everyday life.
- The meetings are based on knowledge and experience from the worlds of Buddhism and academic research.

- Each week you will be invited to introduce a short listening practice into the routine.
- Full refund up to a week before the start of the course.
